Degani Consulting (“I,” “me,” “we”) runs deganiconsulting.com. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email becca@deganiconsulting.com.

Information I collect

• Information you give me: your name, email address, business name, website, city or service area, and type of business when you place an order, book a call, or email me.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Public business information: to prepare your report, I review information that is already public, such as your website, business listings, reviews, and how AI tools describe your business.
• Technical information: the platforms that run this site may collect standard technical data, such as your browser type and pages visited, and may use cookies needed for checkout and site features.

How I use it

• To prepare and deliver the report or services you ordered
• To schedule and hold calls you book
• To send receipts, respond to your questions, and follow up about your order
• To keep records for accounting and legal purposes

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps me run the business

I use a small number of trusted services that process information on my behalf: Systeme.io (website, checkout, scheduling, and email), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (email). Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Emails from me

If you order or book a call, I’ll email you about that order or call. If you sign up for anything else from me, every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.

How long I keep it

I keep order and contact information for as long as needed to provide services and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing becca@deganiconsulting.com. I’ll respond within 30 days.

Security

I use reputable platforms with standard security protections and limit access to your information to what’s needed to do the work. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

This site and my services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
