Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of deganiconsulting.com and any report or service you buy from Degani Consulting (“I,” “me,” “we”). By placing an order or booking a call, you agree to them. Questions? Email becca@deganiconsulting.com.

The AI Visibility Report

• The report is a one-time purchase of $149. It includes nine customer questions tested on ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity, a written report of the findings, a prioritized list of fixes, and a 15-minute walkthrough call. A Claude check is available on request.
• I aim to deliver your report by email within 24 hours of your order. If I’ll need longer, I’ll tell you.
• The report reflects what AI tools showed at the time I checked. These tools change their answers often, and results can differ by person, location, and time.

Refunds

If I can’t deliver your report, you’ll get a full refund. Because the work is done by hand once you order, reports are non-refundable once delivered. If something in your report looks wrong, email me and I’ll look into it.

Monthly service (Report + Fixes)

• The monthly service is agreed in writing before it starts, including price, scope, and billing date.
• It is month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Either of us can cancel with 30 days’ written notice, and email counts.
• You’re billed for any month that has already begun when notice is given, and nothing after that.
• You agree to provide the access needed to do the work, such as your Google Business Profile and website, and to respond to approval requests in a reasonable time. Delays on your end can delay the work.
• Negative review responses are always drafted for your approval and never posted without it.

What’s not included

My services cover AI and search visibility work. They don’t include paid ad spend, full website redesigns or rebuilds, or legal or compliance review, such as HIPAA or ADA. I’ll tell you when something falls outside that scope.

No guaranteed results

No one controls how AI tools choose which businesses to name. I work to improve the signals those tools rely on, but I can’t guarantee that your business will appear in any AI answer, ranking, or search result.

Ownership

Changes made to your website, Google Business Profile, or listings belong to you. Your report is yours to use for your business. My methodology, report format, templates, and tools remain mine.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question. I’m not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms, I’ll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
